HOUSTON, TX (Thursday, February 12, 2026) – University of Houston fans have a new way to show their Cougar pride this spring.
University of Houston Athletics, in collaboration with Silver Eagle Distributors Houston and Anheuser-Busch, announced today the launch of limited-edition Bud Light cans featuring the iconic University of Houston logo and school colors. The co-branded packaging marks the first time Bud Light and UH Athletics have partnered on a custom team can in Houston.
The Bud Light UH team cans will begin arriving at retail locations across the city the week of February 16, and will be available in a 24-pack, 12-ounce configuration at grocery retailers throughout the greater Houston area, while supplies last. The limited-edition cans arrive just in time for fans to celebrate the heart of the spring sports calendar and cheer on Cougar Athletics.
