Silver Eagle Houston Earns Four 2022 Military Friendly® Designations
Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC has earned all four 2022 Military Friendly ® designations, including the Military Friendly ® Employer, Military Friendly ® Spouse Employer, Military Friendly ® Supplier Diversity Program and Military Friendly ® Brand. Each award is based on Silver Eagle Houston’s efforts in creating sustainable and meaningful career paths, community outreach, brand enthusiasm and enduring partnerships with veteran and military employees.
This year, Silver Eagle Houston ranked Bronze for the Military Friendly ® Employer designation as a result of the Company’s focus on enhancing established veteran-based initiatives. It is also the first time the Company has earned the Military Friendly ® Brand designation and placed third on the Top Ten Military Friendly ® Brand list.

Organizations earning the Military Friendly ® designations are evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over thousands of companies participated in all four categories of the 2022 Military Friendly ® survey, yet only a handful of these companies are designated at least one award. Methodology, criteria and weightings are determined by VIQTORY, a military marketing network, with input from the Military Friendly ® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community. Final ratings are determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicants, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees. Silver Eagle Houston will be showcased along with other 2022 Military Friendly ® Companies in the December issue of G.I. Jobs ® magazine and is currently featured on militaryfriendly.com.
