-Weekend Warrior Pale Ale: seared scallop and avocado moose with a trio of citrus and drizzled with hill country olive oil
Second course
-Hopadillo IPA: house smoked strip steak with horseradish cream alongside pecan risotto hopadillo glaze and crispy brussels sprouts
Third course
-Weisse Versa Wheat: roasted banana cake topped with caramelized white chocolate ice cream, milk powder and salty pralines
